    The Royal Support Plan provides strategic direction, professional insight, structured planning support to keep your event organized, aligned, and execution ready from start to finish.

    Investment:
    Starting at $1,800/month (3-month minimum engagement)

    Planning Phase Includes:

    • Up to 2 strategic planning sessions per month (30 minutes each)
    • Timeline review, refinement, and alignment with event goals

    • Run of show review, refinement and strategic guidance
    • Vendor coordination guidance and review
    • Logistics oversight and execution preparation
    • Ongoing email support (response within 24- 48 hours)
    • One pre-event venue walk-through (if local)

    Support continues throughout the designated planning cycle for one primary event.

    Additional events may be added under a separate agreement.

    In this role, Royal T Designs provides on-site coordination and event oversight while partnering with your team or designated contact responsible for day-to-day event tasks.

    Half-Day (up to 5 hours): Starting at $1,250-$1,500
    Full-Day (up to 8 hours): Starting at 2,500

    Additional hours beyond contracted time are billed at $250 per hour.

    This service is optional and can be added to your selected planning package.

    Final pricing may vary based on event scope, logistics and support needs.
